Refunds & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We accept returns for exchange, for items damaged in transit.   

Exchanges 

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us with your full name and order # within 10 days of receiving the product at support@allurebyana.com to alert us of the damage, then return damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement if the product is available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.   

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

Refunds may take up to 30 days depending on your bank.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  support@allurebyana.com   

Shipping exchange product   

To return your product, you must contact us prior to shipping the item.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item, Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you , may vary.

Lost or Stolen Packages  

www.AllureByAna.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, www.AllureByAna.com will confirm date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Shipping Policy

 

– All orders are final

– We DO NOT ship to P.O boxes.

– Internationally orders will have an international fee.

– We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is up to the customer which shipping method to pick, Once the tracking number has been issued, the costumer will assume all responsibility.

– If there is a package that's unable to deliver due to incorrect address, we will contact you if shipped back to us.  The additional cost of delivery will be at the costumer’s expense. These orders will NOT be allowed to be canceled.

You will receive an email with your tracking number and order information once your order has been shipped. Allow 24 hours of receiving your email to allow you’re tracking information to be updated.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (DUTIES AND TAXES NOT INCLUDED)

Standard Service: it could take from 2 to 4 weeks or even more depending on the destination (prices vary) It also depends on the time the local customs takes to clear the package. If your local customs takes longer, your package will take longer to arrive.

Expedited Service: 2 - 5 business days (prices vary)

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR BUYERS OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA

All packages are sent from our US warehouse.

Allurebyana.com is NOT responsible for the duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount of payment does not include any duties and customs charges. Duties and Customs charges vary from country to country and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your custom. If the package is rejected by the buyer because of the duties and customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage to receive a refund. If the buyer chooses to refuse and abandon the order, a refund will not be provided.
